There are plans to turn the derelict Streatham Police station into a 57-bed hotel.
The 1920s building closed in 2015 when officers relocated to a nearby site.
A planning application has been submitted to Lambeth Council regarding the plans and is awaiting a decision.
The proposals include a cafe and reception, cycle storage, landscaping and associated works.
