The youngest ever councillor to hold the ceremonial role of Mayor has been sworn in at Kensington and Chelsea council.

29 year old Will Lane was raised in Merseyside and has lived in the borough for 8 years.

He has named the Kensington and Chelsea Foundation as his official Mayoral Charity for the year.
