Merlin Entertainments will announce this week it’s secured new debt in an agreement involving assets including the London Dungeon.
The company also operates Chessington World of Adventures and Thorpe Park.
It disclosed earlier this year it was writing down the valuation of Madame Tussauds by more than £250-million, due to fewer visitors.
