It’s after the Government announced that all buildings over 18 meters in height will need a second means of escape.

Reselton Properties needs to meet this requirement, prior to the application being referred to the GLA for the Stage 2 referral process.

The original plans included 1,068 new homes and 5,000 square meters of office space.

But to fit the new Government requirements, some of the proposed office space will be now converted to residential.

The new application will be subject to further consultation and referred back to Richmond Council at a later date.
