The route for Merton’s new half marathon has been revealed, with roads across the borough set to close next March.

Run South London will start and finish in Morden Park, passing through Wimbledon, Raynes Park and Wimbledon Village.

The 13.1 mile race will also go through Wimbledon Common and past the All England Lawn Tennis Club.

Organisers say the event could bring around £1.7million a year to Merton’s economy.
