Priscilla Antah advertised the one-bedroom property on Gumtree, charging a couple with a young child £1,200 a month.

The family lived there for three years, unaware it was council housing.

Antah must now pay £64,700 and hand the property back to the council, which can offer it to someone on its housing waiting list.
