The proposed redevelopment of the old Homebase site in North Sheen is going out to public consultation for a third time.

Developers Avanton have amended the version presented at the Mayor of London’s Hearing in 2020.

The new application includes all the changes consulted on with residents in 2021 with a further focus on flood risk and fire safety.

But the intention is still to create more than 450 flats and the tallest part of the development will still be 10 storeys high.
