The motorway will shut clockwise between junctions 9 for Leatherhead and 10 for Wisley between 9pm and 9am tomorrow.
The anticlockwise stretch will also be closed but drivers can still use the entry and exit slip roads.
The closure is part of the ongoing Wisley junction upgrade.
