When opened, residents will be able to find out and read a detailed background of the individual or family the streets were named after.
More than 800 residents took part in a six-week long consultation in April and May to avoid changing the street names entirely.
Affected street names include Burghley, Drax and Marryat families as the council finish up their research to make the final links accessible.
