The Lib Dem leader has urged the government to urgently improve access to high quality end of life care.

MPs will vote on Friday on a private member’s bill to legalise assisted dying in England and Wales.

Kingston’s MP, Sir Ed Davey, addressed the Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer, at PMQs this lunchtime.

The Prime Minister said a 10 year plan is being put forward that will address care across the NHS including palliative care.
