The MP for Kingston and Surbiton, Sir Ed Davey, is expected to accuse the Conservatives of breaking ‘promise after promise’.
This includes a pledge to recruit more GPs and build 40 new hospitals.
Mr Davey described it as ‘a bad soap opera’ rather than a functioning government.
The Department for Health and Social Care has said previously that there are more doctors, nurses and staff than ever before working in the NHS.
