40 firefighters were called to semi-detached house under renovation on Gilston Road just after 1:15 yesterday afternoon.
It’s believed he also had his leg trapped by equipment and was treated on scene by paramedics.
Another man was rescued via a ladder and a further 12 people were led to safety from the site.
