The grandfather of Sara Sharif says it was his duty to protect five children recovered from his home by police searching for his son.

Sara – who was 10 – was found dead at her home near Woking last month.

Authorities are hunting in Pakistan for her father, step-mother and uncle in connection with her death.

Reporter Inzamam Rashid is in Islamabad and spoke to Sara’s grandfather last night.
