Daniel Khalife’s charged with passing on sensitive information to Iranian intelligence.
The case was put off after he allegedly got out of Wandsworth prison in September by strapping himself to the underside of a food delivery lorry.
A new eight-week trial is due to start at Woolwich Crown Court in October next year.
