The centre, launched at the end of 2021, offers a free employment and skills service to residents aged between 16 and 21.
It will now be able to help people of all ages find work, including those with disabilities and refugees.
The Hub expansion will be funded by Epsom and Ewell Borough Council with cash from the UK Prosperity Fund.
