She was defeated by Sadiq Khan for the top job of Mayor of London during last year’s elections.
Ms Hall has reclaimed the role of leader of the City Hall Conservatives from Neil Garratt who represents Sutton and Croydon.
He had defeated her to become leader in 2023.
