Her body was found dead in August last year after her father, who had custody of her, flew to Pakistan with her siblings a day before.
He denies the murder, as do the other two suspects, his wife, and his brother. The children remain in care in Pakistan during the court hearings.
Their paternal grandfather has custody of the children currently.
Their permanent custody is pending while Surrey Council asked Lahore High Court to allow the children back to Surrey.
