Strike action at Heathrow has been called off.
Around 800 workers employed by Wilson James to provide services for passengers with restricted mobility have agreed a pay offer.
They’ve accepted a 7.5% wage increase backdated to January with a further increase of 5% due next April.
The deal also includes a day’s extra annual leave and improved holiday booking flexibility.
