It’s after a free-standing wall collapsed, killing 16 year old Reece Gething in Hampshire in February 2020.
The wall came down on top of him as he was chatting with friends outside Ford Mears & Partners.
The company admitted failing to comply with section three of the Health and Safety at Work Act of 1974.
The company is no longer in operation.
