Special Friday prayers will be held at one of Europe’s largest Mosques, the Baitul Futuh in Morden this lunchtime.

It’ll be a culmination of events to commemorate the 80th anniversary of VE and VJ Day.

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community will issue special announcements for prayers for peace at all its mosques in the UK.

They’ll also display commemorative banners and visit veterans in the community.
