They will connect popular locations in the borough via back roads, meaning people don’t have to navigate busy major routes on bicycles.
The six proposed routes which will be progressing for further consultation in the next phase are:
Barnes Common to Wandsworth Town (Route 4)
Sternhold Avenue to Drewstead Road via Tooting Common (Route 5)
Clapham Common to Wandsworth Common (Route 7)
Putney Heath to Wimbledon Park (Route 8)
Earlsfield Station to Burntwood Lane (Route 10)
Putney stations to Clarence Lane and Danebury Avenue (Routes 11 and 12 combined)
