Scotland Rugby Union head coach Gregor Townsend praised his team’s performance in their 16-15 defeat to England at Twickenham.

It ended their run of four straight wins in the Calcutta Cup clash.

Townsend says there’s plenty of encouraging signs they can take into the rest of the Six Nations tournament.
