The site has received a visit from MP, Sarah Olney, following “sporadic” deliveries in some parts of the area.
Ms Olney reported the company to Ofcom for breaching its universal service commitment to the public in the summer.
She’s asking residents to report any missed deliveries to her over Christmas so she can follow up.
