RNLI Teddington is throwing open its doors today so people can see what goes on behind the scenes of the lifesaving charity.

Lifeboat demonstrations will take place from the site at Teddington Lock and there will be opportunities to go on board the ribs.
The annual duck race will also be officially launched by Lib Dem leader and Kingston MP, Sir Ed Davey.
But behind the fun, is a serious message, to stay safe in the water.
