Richmond’s StreetW!se campaign has received funding to help improve personal safety among young people.

The campaign was started by two residents in 2019 after a number of personal robberies against school aged pupils in the Richmond area.

So far, StreetW!se has delivered assemblies to over 10,000 year 6 and secondary school children in the borough.

Young people are given a travel card holder that contains key information on staying safe and emergency police contact numbers.
