The target will be delivered across new social housing, shared ownership, supporting living schemes and regeneration projects.

The regeneration of Ham Close is set to add 452 new homes, including 221 affordable ones across all phases.

The council is calling for 50% of homes in major developments to be ‘genuinely affordable’.
