Free packs filled with essential items such as toiletries and tea will be given to them to help them settle back into their own home.
The packs are provided by the Juliet O Foundation which is a charity set up by Dave’s mum Juliet Omorgie, and the hospital charity.
Juliet has been a health and social care worker for more than 35 years.
