Pregnant women in Hounslow who are struggling with their mental health now have access to a free text support service.

The project is being run by the NHS, charity Shout, and the Royal College of Psychiatrists.

The 24/7 service is available for new parents as well in Hounslow, Hammersmith and Fulham and Ealing.

It will provide real-time support and direct users to perinatal mental health help.
