A woman has been jailed for her involvement in an assault on a 15-year-old pupil outside a school in Ashford.

41 year old Winnie Connors has been sentenced to 20 months for intentionally encouraging or assisting an offence.

The attack happened near Thomas Knyvett College in February last year.

Connors pleaded guilty to the offence.
