43-year-old Roy was last seen near Glebelands at around 6pm on Sunday.
He is described as white, 5ft 10, with short dark hair and brown eyes, wearing blue shorts and t-shirt.
He is known to have links to Kingston and Surbiton.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police on 101.
