A package of clothes was due to have been delivered to an address in Pretoria Road on the 28th of February.
However, it’s reported that the parcel was taken from a communal area.
The woman police want to question was wearing a yellow coat and black Ugg type boots and had short grey hair.
Anyone who has any information or knows of her whereabouts is urged to contact police on 101.
