The latest report was made yesterday at 8pm in College Road in Epsom.
An “Audi” slowed alongside a jogger and a passenger reportedly squirted liquid, believed to be water, into their face from a bottle.
This follows a series of similar incidents reported in Elmbridge.
Another incident happened on Friday, the 17th of July in Esher Road, near the Molesey Road roundabout.
It was reported that a black SUV drove past and a glass bottle containing liquid was thrown from the vehicle towards a pedestrian.
Two similar incidents were also reported in Cobham on the 6th of May in Leigh Corner and Tilt Road.
Elmbridge Borough Commander, Inspector Chris Thoday, said: “We recognise the distress and alarm incidents like this can cause. While thankfully no injuries have been reported, this type of behaviour is completely unacceptable. We are actively investigating and ask anyone with information to come forward.”
