Four fire engines and around 25 firefighters were called to the blaze in a first-floor plant room on Lillie Road at 8am.
A man, woman and child were treated for smoke inhalation by London Ambulance Service crews.
Firefighters brought the fire under control shortly after 10am, with the cause now under investigation.
