It’s reported that the incident took place on Joseph Locke Way on Saturday.
The suspect is described as a white, tanned male, short, of muscular build, dark wirey hair.
He spoke with a local accent and was wearing black jeans and sunglasses.
Officers are especially interested if anyone in the area comes across a discarded yellow dress.
