Elmbridge Borough Council says Thamesmead Recreation Ground is “coming to the end of its usable life.”
The authority has published a questionnaire on its website so residents can given feedback about how they’d like to see it redeveloped.
The survey closes on the 15th of September with the revamp due to be finished by next summer.
