Lambeth Council has been looking for a partner to start phase 2 of the Westbury Estate regeneration since November.
64 social rent homes were built during phase 1 in 2021, but the plans didn’t include redeveloping the estate’s two high-rise towers.
They will now be a part of the regeneration, enabling, the council hopes, 300 affordable homes to be added to the mix.
