People in Richmond and Wandsworth can take part in free training to learn how to help someone in cardiac arrest.

London Ambulance Service paramedics will run the sessions as part of a national campaign throughout October.

Sessions will be held in Richmond on October 10th and Wandsworth on October 28th.

People will learn how to do CPR and use a defibrillator to help keep someone alive until an ambulance arrives.
