People in Epsom and Ewell are being given their say on a number of issues including housing, food safety and antisocial behaviour.

The council has launched a four-week consultation into its draft Compliance and Enforcement Policy.

All authorities have one, but Epsom’s hasn’t been scrutinised in a decade.

Proposals to be considered include issuing fixed penalties and civil sanctions as an alternative to prosecution for certain offences.
