Parking permits are going fully digital in Hounslow at the end of the month.

Residents and businesses are being warned that they won’t receive a physical paper permit if they are applying for the first time.

But some say the move to digital will affect those who aren’t online, to which the council says there will be a two year transition period.

The authority says the gradual move will increase efficiency and help save the environment.
