Part of a fish and chip shop with flats above has been damaged by fire in Teddington.

Fire crews attended the scene at Teddington Fish bar on Kingston Road at around 12.30pm today.

The fire was under control just before 2pm with one man being taken to hospital.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
