New powers could soon be given to council officers in Hammersmith and Fulham to help crack down on harassment on the streets.

If approved, officers on patrol will be able to issue fines of up to £100.

The authority says the aim is to make the streets safer for women and girls.

Residents can take part in the public consultation on the proposals until the 11th of January.
