Nearly £7 million is to be spent on community facilities at the new Ham Close housing development once it is completed.

Richmond Council is investing the money on two new centres.

One will offer an alternative curriculum for school students struggling with mainstream education.

A MakerLabs will also provide a purpose-built facility where residents can go to work on their own projects.
