More drivers thought to be wrongly fined in Elmbridge have come forward to claim a refund.

The Borough Council announced back in May that it had “incorrectly issued” over 9,000 PCNs dating back to 2020.

The council car parks impacted are in Esher, Cobham, Hersham, Walton and Weybridge.

886 drivers have so far come forward to make a claim with 786 of those seeing their payment refunded.
