Firefighters, Fire Safety officers and Fire Cadets offered advice to shop owners, restaurants, pubs and hotels on fire safety requirements.
Hundreds of residents, workers and visitors also received guidance on staying safe from fire at home.
The brigade says the initiative highlights the benefits of partnership working to improve safety across the community.
