Kingston University has picked up two accolades at this year’s Student Nursing Times Awards.

It’s won Nursing Associate Training Programme Provider of the Year and Nursing Associate Learner of the Year.

The latter went to 29 year old student Elisha Parkinson who is in the second year of her nursing associate apprenticeship degree.

She was inspired to embark on a career in nursing at the end of 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic.
