Kingston Hospital cleaners, caterers and support staff are staging a lunchtime protest over pay and working conditions.

GMB members say they’ve faced late and incorrect payments since Mitie took over the contract in April.

The demonstration is taking place at the Galsworthy Road entrance from 12:30 this lunchtime.

The union is calling on Mitie and Kingston and Richmond NHS Trust to negotiate a fair deal.
