That’s according to news research from estate agent, Foxtons, which has placed Dulwich at number 1.
The company’s research looked at 60 hotspots that have seen the biggest increases in property buyer enquiries in the UK capital.
The average number of monthly enquiries for houses in Dulwich is up 153% on last year.
Enquiries for the same time period in Kingston are up 93%.
Putney came in 10th at 73% and Richmond and Twickenham 58th, but their percentage point decreased by 5%.
Richmond was named “the happiest place to live” in Great Britain in December by Rightmove.
