Chelsea defender Thiago Silva will return to his boyhood club, Fluminense, when he leaves London at the end of the season.

He’s signed a two-year deal with the Brazilian club.

Silva’s played more than 150 times for Chelsea and has won the Champions League and Super Cup during his time at Stamford Bridge.
