Plans for the remaining part of the Ewell Road route have now been updated following talks with residents and business owners.
Works were paused in 2022 in response to Transport for London’s funding crisis following the pandemic.
The council’s long-term aim is to make cycling an attractive and safe travel choice with safer, dedicated cycle infrastructure.
