Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca is planning changes to his team in their Club World Cup game with Brazilians Flamengo this evening.

Their second group match is due to take place in temperatures of around 28-degrees Celsius in Philadelphia.

New signing Liam Delap is expected to be given a full debut.
